Ceilidh Culture 2009 27 March - 13 April

In 2003, Ceilidh Culture was launched with an exciting and diverse programme of events celebrating Scottish Traditional Arts including music, song, dance and storytelling.

Now in its sixth year the festival continues to go from strength to strength and attracts performers and an audience from all over the globe.

The total audience number for 2008 was in excess of 17,000 which is an increase of 13% on ticket sales from 2007.

We have several packages available including Title rights, Brochure Sponsor and Launch Concert hosting with naming rights.

The Edinburgh Lectures 2008/9 - CHINESE CONNECTIONS

Since 1992, The Edinburgh Lectures series has provided a platform for prestigious speakers addressing issues of national and international significance. The strength of the Chinese economy and the Beijing Olympics 2008 has brought China centre-stage. In 2008/9 The Edinburgh Lectures will reflect that development with speakers on the economy, media, medicine, the arts and other aspects of Chinese life and culture. Invited speakers include lords Coe, Patten and Wilson and other Sino specialists.

We have various opportunities for sponsorship with the 2008/9 series including Main Sponsor.

Edinburgh’s Christmas - Thursday 27 November 08 – Sunday 4 January 09

Sponsorship opportunities exist for a range of different budgets and needs. The spectacular Light Night celebrations which see the city lit up for the first time at Christmas, the famous Santa Weekend, including our Great Scottish Santa Fun Run or our Winter Wonderland ice rink are just a few of the activities that will be taking place later this year.

Edinburgh’s Hogmanay - 29 December 08 – 1 January 09

Last year, almost 150,000 people took part in our events over the Four Days of Hogmanay and there’s more to come this year with planning already well advanced. There are a multitude of ways you can get involved with Hogmanay, from advertising in our 115,000

circulation Edinburgh’s Hogmanay official guide to full-blown sponsorship and integration of your brand/product/company into our famous events.

Promote your brand, Launch a product, Reach an entire City

Edinburgh has a population of over 450,000 and we can help you reach every one of them. We have several opportunities throughout the year for you to increase brand awareness, highlight new products or integrate with the community. We can organise competitions and giveaways through our wide reaching publications and projects. You supply us with the prize or idea and we’ll do the rest!
