General enquiries

If you are not sure of the number you need, you can call our general enquiry line on 0131 200 2323 or e-mail Just Ask.  The enquiry line is open from 8.30am to 5pm Monday to Thursday and 8.30am to 3.40pm on Friday but closed on weekends and public holidays. If you would like to contact us when the enquiry line is closed please see our out of hours information.

If you want to speak to a member of staff or find out an extension number, then please call our main switchboard on 0131 200 2000.

Interpretation and Translation

If you have hearing difficulties or need information in another language our Interpretation and Translation Service may be able to help you.
